Oftentimes we cannot create the changes we desire without personal support and accountability. This private coaching upgrade package is for you if you want one-on-one support to zero in on your unique challenges and receive customized, intimate guidance to create the shifts you desire AND sustain them over time.

In these highly focused sessions, Dayna will utilize her training in somatic psychotherapy, therapeutic coaching, energy medicine, and yogic wisdom to support you to identify and transform your obstacles into opportunities. In these sessions you will receive customized mantras, meditations, and other personal practices to create lasting and profound transformation in your life. You will be able to message Dayna between sessions and receive personal support and accountability throughout your 40 day journey.

These 60 minute sessions will be conducted through zoom and must be completed by April 4th, 2021.
