Laura Plumb is an internationally recognized teacher of Ayurveda, Yoga, and Jyotish. She is the creator of the popular Ayurvedic food blog Food: A Love Story and the cofounder of the Deep Yoga School of Healing Arts. With a 53-part television show called VedaCleanse and a 12-part series called Divine Yoga, Laura is regarded as a leader on mind-body medicine and the power of the Vedic sciences to promote sacred and sumptuous living. She is a graduate of the American Institute of Vedic Studies and Kerala Ayurveda Academy and the author of the best-selling book, Ayurveda Cooking For Beginners. Her articles on health and wellness have been published in Huffington Post, Ayurveda Next Door, Spirituality & Health, Well + Good, Yoga Digest and the Times of India, among other national and international media.

Kia Miller

Kia’s mission in life is to inspire, elevate and educate as many people as possible, to encourage all to live to their fullest, most creative and most joyful potential! One of the most well known Kundalini teachers in the West, Kia has an ability to translate the subtle teachings of Kundalini Yoga in a highly accessible way. Kia's study of yoga began when she was 15. She is certified in both Hatha and Kundalini and teaches workshops, retreats and teacher trainings throughout the world. Her style pulls from multiple yogic disciplines, and is both intuitive and steeped in the traditional aspects of yoga.
