Laura Plumb is an internationally recognized teacher of Ayurveda, Yoga, and Jyotish. She is the creator of the popular Ayurvedic food blog Food: A Love Story and the cofounder of the Deep Yoga School of Healing Arts. With a 53-part television show called VedaCleanse and a 12-part series called Divine Yoga, Laura is regarded as a leader on mind-body medicine and the power of the Vedic sciences to promote sacred and sumptuous living. She is a graduate of the American Institute of Vedic Studies and Kerala Ayurveda Academy and the author of the best-selling book, Ayurveda Cooking For Beginners. Her articles on health and wellness have been published in Huffington Post, Ayurveda Next Door, Spirituality & Health, Well + Good, Yoga Digest and the Times of India, among other national and international media.
Yogini, priestess and transformational facilitator, Dayna is the co-founder and director of Hanuman Academy and Hanuman Adventures. She is devoted to bringing the deeper teachings of yoga to our global community and has led sacred pilgrimages, yoga workshops and trainings, and healing ceremony for over 15 years. Dayna teaches yogic living programs that integrate asana, pranayama, kriya, meditation, mantra, wisdom, conscious eating, Ayurvedic lifestyle practices and more. She works one-on-one through private counseling/healing sessions to support individuals in transcending limitations and experiencing the health, happiness and fulfillment they desire. She has been featured on the cover of Yoga Journal, teaches online through gaia.com and has led immersive experiences at renown yoga festivals throughout the world.
